Visit from Brian Lanich of LA Lifeguards!

On Wednesday, July 23rd we had an amazing visit from Brian Lanich, a friend of our own, Trini Phan as he represented and talked with us about his career as an Ocean Lifeguard for Los Angeles County. Boat Ride off the beach with LA Lifeguards!

On a Saturday in September, the LA Lifeguards led by Brian Lanich will be taking out our youth for a wonderful day on the beach combined with a boat ride on the ocean! Trini Phan, our amazing volunteer has set it all up for us and with Brian, they are simply making things happen! Youth Soccer Clinics from Chivas in LA County!

Free Youth Soccer Clinics are being held at Los Angeles County Parks as sponsored by Chivas throughout 2008. All levels of playing experience are welcome and this is simply too good of an opportunity to miss! Teens help with Friends of Angels!

On the weekend of August 22nd-24th, 2008, several of our teens and volunteers will unite with the Friends of Angels (www.friendsofangels.org) ministry of Journey Covenant Church (www.journeycovenant.org) and the teen ministry, Youth Journey (www.youthjourney.org) to volunteer at the 5th Annual Family Camp up in Wrightwood!

It will be an amazing time as our youth become the leaders serving autistic children as "buddies" and the camp in general with various needs!
